देश की राजधानी दिल्ली और उसके आसपास के इलाकों में प्रदूषण ने लोगों की हालत खराब कर दी है. बढ़ते प्रदूषण को देखते हुए दिल्ली एनसीआर में ग्रैप 3 नियम को लागू किया गया है. इस बीच मौसम विभाग ने कोहरे का येलो अलर्ट जारी कर दिया है और बताया कि दिल्ली में अगले एक सप्ताह तक घना कोहरा पड़ने वाला है.कोहरे की और स्मॉग की मोटी चादर छाई रहेगी. जिससे विजिबिलिटी में भारी गिरावट आएगी और सड़क दुर्घटनाओं का खतरा बढ़ेगा।
दिल्ली का वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक 409 तक पहुंच चुका है, जो काफी गंभीर है. नोएडा का एकक्यूआई 304, गुरुग्राम का 287 आनंद विहार का 458 दर्ज किया गया है. जो प्रदूषण के खतरनाक स्तर को दर्शाता है. मौसम विभाग ने अनुमान जताया है कि ठंड बढ़ने के साथ-साथ प्रदूषण के स्तर में इजाफा हो सकता है।
ग्रैप 3 नियम के तहत दिल्ली एनसीआर में सभी तरह के निर्माण खनन और तोड़फोड़ पर रोक लगा दी गई है। दिल्ली में प्राथमिक स्कूल कक्षा 5 तक के बच्चों की क्लास ऑनलाइन होगी।
तंदूर में कोयले और लकड़ी के इस्तेमाल पर पाबंदी रहेगी।
दिल्ली में दूसरे राज्यों से आने वाले बीएस-3 पेट्रोल और बीएस-4 डीजल वाली गाड़ियों पर रोक रहेगी. दिल्ली में प्रदूषण फैलाने वाली औद्योगिक इकाइयों और थर्मल पावर प्लांट पर रोक लगाई गई है.
